The Code Enforcement Policy, approved by the City of Pine City, provides guidelines for enforcement of the City of Pine City Municipal Code, Zoning Ordinance, and other regulatory codes adopted by the City. This document is intended to regulate only those enforcement/compliance processes and activities specifically initiated by the City. It is not the intent of the City to immediately pursue administrative citations or criminal charges. The City is committed to working collaboratively with all residents to achieve compliance with the Code of Ordinances.
