Right of Way Permits

The Public Works Department manages all work within the City's Right of Way. Permits are required to do any work in the right of way.

Right of Way permits can be returned to the Public Works Building at 1015 Hillside Ave SW, Suite 2 or emailed to ldunbar@pinecitymn.gov
