Clean Up Days

Public Works Department organizes annual Clean Up Days, they are planned for early-November (Fall clean up) and mid-May (Spring clean up).
 
Requirements for Clean Up Days:
  • Leaves and branches need to be at the curbside by 5:00am day of to be pickup by Public Works employees.
    • You can place leaves and branches curbside sooner if you'd like. 
  • All leaves/grass clippings must be bagged and tied.
  • Tree branches to be bundled in 4' lengths.
  • Bags containing an excessive amount of feces will NOT be accepted.

Effective January 2021, this facility (previously known as the City of Pine City's Compost Site) is now owned and operated by Pine County. All existing services will still be offered under County management. New in 2021, yard waste composting will be offered at no charge to ALL Pine County residents.
