Housing Resources

Currently, the City does not have any active housing programs to assist homeowners or renters.

In 2018, the City created Housing Subsidy Guidelines which offer financial assistance to developers creating housing that:

• Is affordable to households making 60% of the area median income or lower;
• Is intended for seniors or those over the age of 55 (with or without services); 
• Is moderate to higher density multi-family housing. 

Housing developers interested in applying for a housing subsidy should fill out an application for financial assistance under the Business Resources page.
