Housing & Redevelopment Authority

Established in 1966, Pine City HRA is an entity established by the City of Pine City to help facilitate housing needs in our community.  The HRA owns and manages Hillside Court, a thirty-four unit income-based apartment complex where tenants pay rent based on their household income.  
 
Pine City HRA also works to develop housing opportunities by seeking collaboration with public and private organizations and the community in order to advance awareness of housing needs and to identify resources for promotion, growth, and development of housing in the community.
