Housing & Redevelopment Authority

Established in 1966, Pine City Housing Redevelopment Authority (HRA) is an entity established by the City of Pine City to help facilitate housing needs in our community.  The HRA owns and manages Hillside Court, a thirty-four unit income-based apartment complex where tenants pay rent based on their household income. The property is managed by SMR Management. 
 
The Pine City HRA also works to develop housing opportunities by seeking collaboration with public and private organizations and the community in order to advance awareness of housing needs and to identify resources for promotion, growth, and development of housing in the community. To help guide this work, the HRA adopted a strategic plan in 2021.
