NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PINE CITY– SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Pine City will hold a public hearing to obtain comments and review the following items on Wednesday,September 11, 2024, beginning approximately at 5 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 315 Main St S., Pine City, MN 55063.

Variance

The applicant, located at 630 13^th St SW, has requested a variance to allow the re-building of a garage closer to the property line. Section 13.76.180(d)(3) outlines that accessory dwelling unit structure shall be located seven feet or more from all lot lines of adjoining lots. The parcel is located at 925 7^th Ave SW, Pine City MN 55063 (PIDs: 425527000).

A quorum of the City Council members may be in attendance on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at Old City Hall located at 315 Main St. S, Pine City, MN 55063, at 5:00pm for the Planning Commission.

This is a regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission, and this notice is being posted in compliance with the Minnesota Open Meeting Law. As a governmental body, the City Council will not deliberate or take any formal action on any items discussed.
