NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND
PINE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pine City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to obtain comments and review the following item on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, beginning approximately at 5:00 p.m. at Pine City Library Community Room located at 300 5th Street South, Pine City, Minnesota.

REAR YARD SETBACK VARIANCE REQUEST

A request for a rear yard setback for parcel 42.0215.000, located at 325 3rd St. SE, will be reviewed. The proposal includes building a shelter on the property line of the parcel.

This is a regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting, held on the 4th Wednesday of the month at 5:00 p.m.

All interested persons are encouraged to attend and be heard on this matter.

This item will also be brought before the City Council of Pine City at their regular meeting on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at 5:30 p.m.
