NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF PINE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on
Wednesday, the 25th of March, at approximately 5:00pm to obtain comments on a variance
request made by Garrett Hofeld in the R-1 (Single-Family Residential District) along with the
Shoreland District. The request is for a variance from the side-yard setback requirement of
30 feet, on the north side of the property, to 10 feet for a structure.

The property involved is located at 630 8th Ave NE. A complete legal description is available
upon request.

All interested persons are encouraged to attend and be heard on this matter.
