NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND
PINE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
City of Pine City 1015 Hillside Ave SW. Ste. 2

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pine City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to obtain comments and review the following item on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, beginning approximately at 5:00 p.m. at Pine City Library Community Room located at 300 5th Street South, Pine City, Minnesota.

VARIANCE AND IMPERVIOUS SPACE REQUEST

A request for an impervious surface expansion and a minor subdivision for parcel 42.0217.000, located at 300 1st Avenue SE, will be reviewed. The proposal includes modifying the existing lot configuration and increasing the allowable impervious area on the site.

This is a regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting, held on the 4th Wednesday of the month at 5:00 p.m.

All interested persons are encouraged to attend and be heard on this matter.

This item will also be brought before the City Council of Pine City at their regular meeting on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 5:30 p.m.
