PINE CITY - CITY COUNCIL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pine City - City Council will hold a public hearing to obtain comments and review the following matter on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, beginning
approximately at 5:30 p.m., at the Pine City Library Community Room, located at 300 5th Street South, Pine City, Minnesota.

LAND SALE REQUEST – PARCEL 42.6309.000

The City of Pine City is proposing to sell municipally owned real property identified as Parcel ID 42.6309.000.

The proposed sale is being considered pursuant to applicable Minnesota State Statutes governing municipal land sales, including procedures for public notice and review. The purpose of this
hearing is to allow for public comment prior to action by the City Council.

All interested persons are encouraged to attend and be heard on this matter.
