NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PINE CITY– SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Pine City will hold a public hearing to obtain comments and review the following items on Wednesday,September 11, 2024, beginning approximately at 5 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 315 Main St S., Pine City, MN 55063.

Variance

The applicant, located at 630 13^th St SW, has requested a variance to allow the re-building of a garage closer to the property line. Section 13.76.180(d)(3) outlines that accessory dwelling unit structure shall be located seven feet or more from all lot lines of adjoining lots.
