Notice of Public Hearing Wednesday March 26, 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, beginning at approximately 5:00pm the Pine City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to obtain public comments and review the following items:

• The City is considering rezoning the existing Planned Unit Development (PUD) to establish a new, separate district. Affected parcels: Any and all homes in Cross Lake Preserve.
• The City is considering rezoning the existing Planned Unit Development (PUD) to establish a new, separate district. This change will apply exclusively to the current homes within the development. Affected parcels: Any and all homes currently in Fawn Meadows.
• The City has created an Ordinance pertaining to Tiny Homes. The City is looking at adopting Appendix Q Tiny Homes of the Minnesota State Building Code.
• The property owner is seeking a variance to drill a well on the property. The property is located in a R-1 Single-Family Residential District located at 540 8th Ave NE, Pine City, MN 55063, PIN 42.5963.000.

 

This is a regularly scheduled 2025 meeting of the Planning Commission, which is held on the 4th Wednesday of the month at 5:00 p.m. All interested persons are encouraged to attend and be heard on this matter.
