NO MOW MAY IS ONLY VALID FROM MAY 1ST TO JUNE 7 EACH YEAR WITH REGISTRATION YEARLY.

o   Registration for No Mow May is from April 1^st through April 30^th. No late registration will be accepted.

o   To participate you agree that you will mow and bag the grass for removal on or before June 7^th.

o   If grass is not mowed and bagged by June 7^th, the City will proceed with Ordinance 8.24.010 (d). Work to be done at the expense of owner or occupant. Whenever any trees, grass, or weeds are not cut as required in this section, the work may be done by an officer or employee of the City as is directed by the Council. This work will be done at the expense of the owner or occupant. Failure to pay will result in it being placed as a special assessment on the property owners’ tax rolls.
